Our lively and vibrant Merchants Association includes business owners and managers interested in
working together to build relationships, community and collaborate on events in the BTC central
business district. Our mission is to work together to make Beaches Town Center a popular destination
for locals, visitors, employees and business owners.

Accomplishments & Benefits:

• Promote the Beaches Town Center area and merchant members through a BTC Marketing Plan

implemented for us by Word Marketing Co., which includes social media posts, website
spotlights, press releases for events and happenings plus seasonal e-newsletters.

• Develop – Assist businesses in building relationships, collaborations and skills to benefit their

business growth. Hosting an annual BTC Social Media and Marketing Workshop

• Manage the Beaches Town Center website and regular updating

• Distribute - 20,000+ BTC Visitors Maps designed, updated and printed by the Merchants Association annually.

• Support our BTC community and seasonal fundraising events: North Beaches Art Walk

(monthly), Spring - BTC Golf Classic, Summer - Dancin’ in the Streets, Fall - Community Fall
Festival, BTC Annual Tour of Homes, Winter - BTC Holiday Celebration and “Season of Lights”

• Represent the merchants as a committee of the Beaches Town Center Agency by attending

meetings to ensure we are working toward common goals and objectives. Advocating on behalf
of the BTC merchants for city services as needed and parking solutions.
