PARKING RECOMMENDATIONS
public parking
Public Parking is available on the streets within the Beaches Town Center: Parking is free in public parking spaces from midnight-11 am, with a 3 hour maximum time limit on all spaces during this time period (no parking is allowed in Atlantic Beach between 3am-5am).

Paid parking will be enforced from 11am-midnight 7 days a week. First 1/2 hour is free; $1 per 1/2 hour thereafter; $6 maximum charge until 5pm, rates repeat from 5pm–midnight (all Atlantic Beach spaces have a 3 hour maximum time limit).
beachside buggies
Beach Buggy provides FREE rides and recommendations to the residents and visitors of the beaches community. They operate environmentally friendly, zero emission, long-range, 8-10 seater electric carts and 14 passenger vans.

Riders are not charged any type of fee, but encouraged to tip drivers however they see fit. Riders can request on-demand rides between our sponsor network locations, businesses, hotels, and residential addresses via our mobile app.

community valet
Valet Parking is available every night starting at 4:30PM and Saturday/Sunday Starting at 11:00AM between First and Second Street between Lemon Street and Atlantic Blvd.
Valet parking is $15 for area visitors and is complimentary for customers of the following businesses (ticket validation is required):
